February-March 2023 has been an exciting time at Diamond Cut Leadership Network. It has been great to connect with leaders working in the profit and non-profit companies across multiple industries, including healthcare, oil and gas, finance, education, and IT.
Over the past few weeks, I have been back on the plane again, and with the aid of technology, I was able to connect with leaders in five cities in four countries: Dubai, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Nassau, and Dublin. At DCLN, our tagline is “building better leaders to get better results,” so whether it’s in our 1:1 or Group coaching session, consulting engagements, or professional development workshops, our core goal is to present practicable ideas in a way that inspires leaders to close the knowledge-doing gap.

As Johann Wolfgang von Goethe said, “Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.”
In our recent engagements, we have focused on helping leaders to get in action to overcome the following 3 pain points:
Getting results by deploying their strategies more effectively.
Improving their communication to better connect with and engage their workforce.
Create more inclusive work environments to attract and retain the best talent.
John Maxwell says, “Everything rises and falls on leadership,” so that’s the heart of our work helping leaders to build their self-awareness, shift their mindsets and enhance their skills so that they can create more inclusive work environments that unleash the potential of the people they lead to achieve ambitious results.
